Our space is a blank canvas, versatile & infused with natural light. Perfect for portraits, fashion, product, branding, family, lifestyle, food, maternity, & styled shoots. Please note; photographers must bring their own equipment.

The customizable decor and adaptable layout suits various themes, making it perfect for holiday get-togethers, retirement parties, and any other social occasion.

Our event space is perfect for intimate weddings of up to 50-80 guests, offering a cozy and romantic ambiance with charming decor that can be customized for a memorable and personal celebration.

Party rentals
Reserve your date
Includes shared Lounge Space, Men’s & Women’s Restroom and Kitchenette. A separate dressing suite is also included for getting ready as well as storing personal items during your event booking. Tables and Chairs are provided for up to 100 people.
Investment
Party rental is $700 and you get access to the studio for up to 6 hours. Additional hours are $200 each. Extra set up/tear down time is not included so please book accordingly. Tables and Chairs are provided for up to 50 people.
Weddings
Wedding rental is $3,000 and includes all day for a Saturday wedding (access begins at 11am & ends at 11pm).
Photo Sessions
Photo sessions can be booked Monday through Thursday for $75 per hour.
You need to remove any personal items or rentals you brought into the space and take out the trash. We ask that you clean up any major spills but we have a cleaning team that will come in after your event is over to do a thorough clean.
do we have to clean up after our party?
Frequently asked questions
We have tables, chairs and furniture for you to use. We do not provide decor, but you're welcome to bring your own. We have ceiling hooks available for hanging lightweight items like twinkle lights or lanterns.
do you provide any decor, linens etc?
Yes, you are welcome to light candles but they must be contained in a votive or hurricane.
can we light candles?
You are welcome to book more hours the day before or in addition to your rental time. Extra set up time is not included.
can we come in early to decorate?
Of course! We offer tours via our digital calendar. Please inquire here to set something up.
can we see the space before we book it?
We're located in Lakewood, Ohio at 13000 Athens Ave., Suite 103. We’re in the same building commonly known as the Screw Factory or Lake Erie Building.
Where is the venue located?
You can bring in any food or alcohol you like. We have no restrictions on what vendors you can use.
